Our business is mainly leasing out warehouse and yard space to companies who seek a location in Laois,
We lease out warehouse and yard space at our base at (a) Emo near Junction 15, (b) Lismard Business Park and also at (c) Clonminam Business Park Portlaoise,
We provided some land for Forest Fest 2025 close to Emo village for general camping, Glamping, Caravan parking, Motor homes etc, and will be providing a much larger area to Forest Fest for 2026 which will be used to host the entire festival along with a neighbour who has a field adjoining our land,
We would always try and be as proactive as possible to encourage businesses to locate in Laois and support Forest Fest in their excellent work at highlighting Laois as an excellent venue in so many ways.
