Smart Delegation: Creating Space for the Work that Matters is an interactive workshop for leaders who are stretched thin and want to move from “doing” to leading more effectively. The course looks at what delegation is — and is not — while helping participants identify the guilt, perfectionism, fear of overloading others or “it’s quicker to do it myself” thinking that can hold them back. Participants will explore the cost of under-delegating, learn what to delegate, to whom and when, apply the 6 T’s of delegation, and create a personal action plan to build clearer accountability and make space for higher-value leadership work.
