Leading with EQ (Level 1) is a 3-week Skill Sprint running on Wednesday 29 April, Wednesday 6 May and Wednesday 13 May 2026. Across one 2-hour lecture per week, the course explores core EQ models including Goleman’s EQ model, the Johari Window, and the SCARF model, alongside practical neuroscience topics such as amygdala hijack, emotional regulation, reframing and labelling. Participants will learn how to build self-awareness, manage emotional impact, strengthen empathy under pressure, and apply EQ skills to challenging conversations, team motivation and real-world leadership situations.
