Joined by Chamber member Kieran Lills, owner at Lilly’s Bar and Restaurant to hear plans for the re-opening of their premises in mid Aug. Kieran took the first weeks of lockdown to recharge and focus on other things. Keeping communication going throughout with staff and suppliers was essential and difficult at times.
Lilly’s Bar are benchmarking themselves from another pub within the larger group of pubs they are involved to ensure the re-opening goes smoothly. The last few months have been spent carefully examining and reassessing the business model which has presented an opportunity to improve the offering to ensure the viability of the business moving forward.
Kieran is optimistic, looking forward to re-opening and contributing to the revival of the town centre.
